GAD Management System

Built for a government agency to streamline Gender and Development program planning, budgeting, and reporting. I used Vite + React-TS and Tailwind CSS for the frontend, and integrated OpenAI API for AI-assisted plan generation — cutting manual drafting time by about 50% per planning cycle. The backend was built with Express, TypeScript, Prisma ORM, and Neon PostgreSQL for efficient data management and retrieval.
